Discord Trust and Safety is just a mirage? ... Discord cannot do anything after a user ban?!

Hi there,

After something occurred yesterday on a certain server, it was concluded to be prudent to report a user account to Discord Trust and Safety.

The problem now is that Trust and Safety says that here is nothing that can be done, because the offending message(s) has(have) been deleted and invisible to even Discord Trust and Safety staff?!

If admins and moderators cannot delete any of the worst messages against users that we need help against ... that means we are to leave death threats, NSFW, etc and even illegal content visible for all to see? We cannot ban that user? ... at least not until Trust and Safety has seen it? 

Which really does not make any sense to me. 

We have the evidence with screenshots, logs, etc.

Surely Trust and Safety has an ability to still see things within hours after the fact? No?

Either way, if the people at Discord here could be so kind to explain to me what server admins & moderators are to do, when they run into the worst discord users; posting threats etc in public areas and we feel like we'd like some help from Discord officials. 

And, then maybe update their FAQ and articles with relevant information.
