Bring back DevTools to a stable version of the Discord desktop app

It was a useful feature, while installing Discord PTB or Canary, having the opportunity to meet errors and failures, is absolutely not desirable. Please bring back the opportunity to open DevTools in the stable version of the Discord desktop app.

    I would really like to see the Dev Tools come back to the stable version of Discord. Dev Tools can be very useful in some cases.
