Ability to only ping those with 2 or more specific roles

For example, let's say you're hosting a movie night, and want to ping those who are in Europe and are interested in movies, we could, for example, change the ping system where there would be a toggle between role with "and" or "or" values, so that you may choose to either only mention those with both roles or mention everyone with either role.

Now back to the example, once you type @europe and @movies, there would be a little bar at the top which would say "ping @europe and / or @movies"

This would be useful in other events, like game nights, discussions, and many other scenarios, and would make it much easier for server admins to manage their events and easier on server members not being notified if someone in the US interested in movies was pinged for a european event.

Oh also, i know this was originally an april fools joke but @someone would be pretty useful for giveaways, and could be used in the previous feedback i just mentioned "ping @giveaways and @someone"
