What the heck is discord support?

Dude I have been waiting ages for a discord reply, my account got randomly suspended for 0 reasoning, I didnt violate any tos and now discord isnt answering me for support? Like this is ridiculous, support should NOT take this long this is absolutely ridiculous, i need to do work on discord bro i need my stuff undisabled NOW.

    Support will literally copy and paste the same answers over and over. I don't think they have any real people working for them, or if they do, they could easily be automated. I've been asking for clarification on something for months.
