Cannot join at all. Verified everything.

I tried to join. I cannot even join / login. I can read and have read everything. Support is no help just pastes in knowledgebase answers that I already read before opening a ticket, then, marked solved!!!! Two days of this now. I verified email and phone. Why is this so counter intuitive?
