Unban Requests

If a user get banned show him a screen with a button. If he click that button a form pops up where the user can make a unban request.

In the server settings there should be a setting where you can see all unban requests containing the banreason and date and the person who has performed the ban. A moderator can now click accept or decline. You can then give a reason why you accepted or rejected the application. This reason will be sent to the user as a message from Clyde.

There should also be a button where you can exclude the user from the application creation. So you should be able to add users who are no longer allowed to request a unban.

There should be a setting in the server where you can enable and disable ban requests.

If a user is banned, he should get a popup that he was banned. This pop-up should show that he is banned. There should also be a button underneath where he can submit a unban request.
