DM Category for Unknown Users

The problem:

Sometimes when you have a lot of people that know you, they'd want to chat with you. Most of the time this leads to people closing off their DMs to only friends. I believe that some people would like to keep DMs open, despite having a lot of people who aren't friends wanting to chat with them. This just makes it hard to chat with others without needing to friend them because you have closed DMs.

Solution:

Users will now have a separate category for unfriended people. Everybody who isn't friends with that user who texts the user will now go in this category.

Preferably, I would also like a feature where you can whitelist certain servers so people within those servers can text you normally without friending them.

Use cases:

- Get feedback from other users (for example, if you're the owner of a discord server)

- Reduce clutter, and make it easier for others to reach out to you

- Filter out botted messages
