Phone verification

So yesterday I was locked out of my discord account because it required a phone number to verify, but my number for some reason is invalid. From looking around this seems to be a common occurrence and people who try to fix it seem to need a discord human employee to get anywhere to solve it. Any time its a bot response it gets no where. So if anyone knows how I can get in touch with a discord human employee, that would be great. As well of any other solutions for this problem.
