Prevent private thread owner from inviting people to thread

Sometimes you want to prevent the owner of a private thread from being able to invite more people to it. The only option right now is to archive the thread and prevent it from being unarchived, which stops chat.

I suggest moderators be given the ability to turn off further invites to a private thread.

An alternative solution would be to remove or transfer the ownership of a private thread.
