Standalone Voice and Video Servers for Boosted Servers

Hello Discord devs and friends.

I hang out with a group of friends, we occasionally stream youtube and such.. the biggest pain point for us is quality loss from using global voip and video servers. If one were so inclined, could there be a standalone server which you could run on a private dedicated server to get the absolute best quality, make it a boosted only feature and activatable by Nitro customers only.

We probably switch channel server regions like 10-15 times a week, it's like smashing the side of a TV to get better signal
