Restoring deleted photoes

An important picture from someone at discord has been deleted, and I cant get in contact with him. I also have the web link of it. It would be appreciated if I can get a restoration of it.

  Go to C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\discord\Cache\jcpenneykiosk write cmd in the path bar and then ren * *. png and press enter, now all your cached files will become images!
