I can't find the history of visited channels nor I see a way to navigate through them.

I chat on many servers at the same time. And I need to switch between those chats. But I don't find a way to do it naturally, as there is no history.

The only way which partially solves the issue is using "Alt + →" and "Alt + ←" but there is no visualization where I am now and where will I get after hitting another "Alt + <arrow>". And so I'm cycling blindly which is very inconvenient and annoying.
