Thread Reaction Roles

Hello, I'm looking for a bot that can setup reaction roles onto a message within a thread. I'm currently using Dynobot but the support was poor and had to do redundant steps to get the answer whether you can get reaction roles in threads. At this point I am looking for a bot that has the same features as Dynobot but it's features work in threads. I am aware Threads area relatively new thing but I would think someone else would think the same ideas as I would.
