Need FIX Hardware Acceleration
Please finally fix the hardware acceleration so that it works correctly. My system uses 2 graphics at the same time, one built-in and discrete on the desktop. The problem is that despite the forced execution of Discord through Windows on the integrated graphics, for some reason it begins to jump to a discrete graphics card while sharing and viewing the screen, which reduces its performance. I need to use built-in graphics for the desktop with applications like a browser etc, and discrete completely for games and calculations. And this scheme works, which gives an increase in fps, but Discord spoils everything. Technical support could not help me and sent me to write a review here. Yes, I can disable hardware acceleration, but it causes almost full CPU usage.
This problem is about 4 years old and it has not been solved until now.

I was about to write an article because I encountered the exact same issue despite a full troubleshooting already made & contacting the support (ticket number : 29171871)
From the look of it appears "Hardware acceleration" technology only uses the "main" GPU by default (or GPU0) even if you try to force the software (discord) not to do that
Discord is adding more & more features to their software , and consequently , if you want to use them, it is quite ressource demanding.
I sincerely believe they will make improvement soon!
Just for you to know, Xsplit VCAM software has already integrated a setting allowing you to chose which GPU should be used using HW acceleration (but it faces the same issue as we both described).
