MEE6 bot - setting image-only post restriction

Using the MEE6 bot dashboard, I recently changed a channel to be image only. I then went into the channel to test the feature by creating a new post with just the word "test" in it. I was expecting the bot to reject the post because there wasn't an image in it but the post didn't get rejected. The curious thing is I then tried to delete the "test" post, but the post didn't delete. I am able to delete other posts in the channel. I then returned to the bot dashboard and undid the change to the channel and still couldn't delete my own post. Any ideas on what is happening and how to fix it? Yes, I am the server admin and the bot manager.
