Temporary Uploads

Allow users to surpass file limits with temporary uploads. These uploaded files will be removed automatically after a certain period of time. Perhaps it could be further adjusted for Nitro users. Discord keeps their servers squeaky clean, at the same time people can finally share their game clips without resizing or clipping.
