Status Customisation Interface

In my opinion, new status type customisation would be incredibly helpful, so that people can easily get notified and be viewed on their profile the way they want.

Sample ideas:

A status that only notifies you for pings (My personal reason for making this post)

Invisible but no notifications

Custom status which mutes specific servers/channels (has to be done manually by the user)
