Hyperlinked threads shouldn't change to #deleted-channel after being archived

As noted in title - I manage a fairly large roleplay server and since the addition of threads, we use it to organize our games and often like to link directly to the thread when making references or call-backs to certain adventures. As a thread is archived but not deleted, existing hyperlinks (#thread-name) should not change to #deleted-channel when the thread moves into archived status, especially since folks can still find it manually and read the contents without needing to unarchive it. I would think it's as simple as making sure the hyperlink references the thread's unique ID since that doesn't change even after archival.

I would note in the same vein, we should likewise be able to hyperlink archived threads. Again, it hasn't been deleted, and if I want to reference a particular thread it is much faster to just say "go read #blah-blah-blah" than it is to walk them through tracking down the thread or going out of the way myself to grab the message thread.
