Add Next Event ontop of Channel List

up here, where messages for subscribing to discord nitro appear from time to time, events could also be displayed to point visitors to the next event. The feature should be activatable and deactivatable in the settings of the server. The attatched Example should just show what the Idea is, the implementation can of course differ.
