Security is Awful.

My account was compromised so I turned on 2FA. Hacker logs into support and submits a request and poof like that 2FA is disabled, and they changed my e-mail address without me being notified. 

So I attempt to reset via SMS and it tells me to check my e-mail? 

What is the point of SMS if I can't reset it via the text? This is ridiculous now I have to wait for eternity for support to fix this.

    Pretty sure discord doesn’t remove 2FA no matter how much proof you provide. If you enable it, its toggled on until YOU turn it off.
    My friend lost his account due to being locked out from two-factor and discord support did not disable it even with him providing proof.

    Maybe you got token logged to log in, which in that case would prove to be your fault as you must have clicked on a dodgy link.

    I also suggest for faster support you contact discord via email as its much faster response.
