Add 100% of the profile data of one user per server to the API.

This in order that it can be used by developers, for example to get the "about me" of people, apart from that it can be constituted by the separate instance of the server.

That there is an "about me" in "USER" and that the separate instance of the server constituted by the banner, avatar, about me is saved in "MEMBER".

In short, add all the public data of "USER" and "MEMBER" to the API.

Currently you can only get the avatar per server, a system that I think is incomplete. So my suggestion is that, and I would like you to please make it come true
