[User Data] Backup settings to local or online storage

Default: a discord-info.json file, stored in one of /sdcard/Downloads or /sdcard/Backups (by default), or shared to some external manager (eg discord-info.json), with several fields: - app settings (app_settings: {voice, appearance, a11y, textchat, browser, notifications, activity}) - favourite emotes - most recent emotes In terms of emotes, they could be processed as a pair of u64 values (emote_id, bitmask {favourite, uses, discordEpoch(last_used)}) and be more useful in that way. Why? Well whenever I post something I'm asked to uninstall and reinstall the app, and that just means I lose a lot of setup that I had before. Every time a redesign comes around, too,
