Hello.
Would be convenient on public servers to add the ability for users who have the role of moderator,
to transfer user messages from one text channel to another, if the message does not coincide with the subject of the channel.
It is necessary to transfer the message with saving the author of the message.
And add an item in the rights of issuing roles, by default this function can be disabled for everyone except the owner.
