Chain of Command Channels

 The ability to add Command Line infrastructure to our Voice Channels. IE Subordinate Channels under Different Levels of leadership channels.
IE:
Everyone at a certain rank can join the Baseline Voice Channel and talk with everyone in there, but their voices will not ascend to higher leadership channels without a Specific Button press and the authority to do so.
Then there could be a Second tier channel for higher level leadership. 
The Second Tier channel can speak into the Lower tier channel (Preferably with Voice Priority) and with a button press even listen in, but have the option of not doing so.
This would continue going up probably 5-6 different levels max.

This would help with coordinating during Large scale events in PvP focused games or just for large communities in general that want to be more organized with their chain of command.
This has been a hotly suggested and asked for feature with a variety of ways of introducing it. 
I mainly make this post so that the Algorithm gods can hopefully bump it and it's adjacent suggestions/issues to the front, as I feel it is an area where Discord significantly falls behind other older platforms.
