New Live Chat Or System For Enhanced Support
Hello Discord,
I would like to bring a concern and maybe a improvement for your own benefit and for the users who use Discord actively and are new to the platform as well. I would see a big benefit if there could be a live chat system integration or some sort of system where users can maybe see if their case/ticket is being investigated/dealt with so it eases the load on the API system of Discord and also on the great discord moderators who are working on the trust and safety team.
Please upvote this post if you think it's benefitable to you.
Again, this is just a simple advice from me, it does not need to be taken in a way of making arguments, however I do accept feedback and I know how Discord knows the good and wrongs of their users.

I see how this would benefit Discord security and improve it a lot, but it may also cause various issues. People may possibly take advantage of this and overload Discord's API and cause a downtime. Moderators may not be there to constantly check the live chat to stop rule violators as they have some other things to do as well. I just said a few things that could cause a huge problem and there may be more depending on what measures somebody is willing to do just for a "good laugh" like well causing mayhem on Discord.

vo Yeah I can agree with your points to this suggestion but I think it has more advantages than disadvantages.
