Basic missing ping settings.

Hello,

Wanting to send a private message to someone is not the same as wanting to give them a notification. Someone replying to me does not mean I need an alarm because they're part of the 95% of people who don't even know you can turn off the notification addition to a reply which inexplicably defaults to "on". If I put my notifications to "nothing" for a server that is because NOTHING should cause me to receive a notification from that server.

I tried to think of a polite way to round this up, but there is no real way to pretend these aren't signs of advanced brain damage among the developers. They're easy fixes, fix them.
