Faster save times for roles

Writing to a database should not take an entire minute for one role.

    Discord uses (and must use) a database for guilds. Inside this guild model would be an array of roles, that is what I'm referring to, as they append a role any new role. It shouldn't take super long to simply optimize the save times of roles. I've done it before and it wasn't too hard at all.
