Trigger warning highlight

I think it is beneficial to be able to add a trigger warning to images; someone might want to post something that could contain a trigger for someone's phobias or trauma and it is not very easy to ask everyone if that is a trigger for them. Similar to when mentioning a user, i would like it if there could be a trigger warning function that highlights the trigger warning and blurs the image or message as sometimes just adding TW: ____ as an image caption is overlooked.

This would make less users uncomfortable and help keep communities safer, please consider adding this
