Discord Doesn't Care About My Trademark

Hello all Discord officials and users, I am writing here to get support from you. I have a trademark registration in Turkey. And a server in Turkey using the name of my brand, discord server and account, makes sales through the website. I have no idea how my brand got its name into something like this. I just want that server and discord account to be closed. I sent the required trademark registration document to the discord authorities by opening a support request and filled the form they wanted. But there is still no response from Discord officials. Today is the 5th day. Normally, my support request is answered within a maximum of 1 hour, but when it comes to complaining about the use of my brand name by someone else without my permission, discord officials do nothing. I hope many authorities and users see this message and help me. Thank you.

I've also had issues with relevant discord support/trust and safety recently not properly acting on tickets I have opened.

They deal with all other support requests I open, except for the support request I filed with my trademark infringement. They just didn't look at my trademark complaint. It's been a week and no official has replied to the support request.

From my experience, anything that requires them to take action on a user or server they've just ignored.
