[Screen Reader] Edit Alt Text for Images

Some users can easily make mistakes when writing alt text. Some might forget to add alt text entirely. Yet there isn't an option to edit alt text, only curating them as the poster sees fit. Users should be allowed to add and/or edit alt text for images once they get posted instead of having to delete and repost the said image.
