Auto-Set Hotkey Groups

Is there any way I can set for my discord hotkeys to change with a button press, when it notices a game open, or even just having a few settings I can quick swap to?

I have certain games with push-to-talk buttons within time, and like to use discord for chatting with my friends while we play in those games and the in-game chat for talking to the randoms. To prevent doubling what my friends hear I have to set push to mute keys on discord each time, and if I forget to turn them off I start getting randomly muted in other games/when I'm typing something.

If I could make it so certain games being open triggers the hotkeys to activate it would make it easier to swap between games with my friends.
