Pausing Screenshares

Allow users to pause their screenshare for a brief moment with a screen to users watching the stream saying "Stream Paused!" This would be very useful when you are, for example, inputting sensitive information, going in to private messages with another user, but you don't want to show users sensitive information without stopping your screenshare or changing windows on the screenshare.
