Choose Multiple Audio Output Devices

In the "Voice and Video" settings menu, there is only one drop-down for output devices. It would be nice if there were two: one for desktop and media audio (including streams/screen shares), and another purely for voice chat output. It's frustrating when I'm trying to watch a friend stream through discord's screen share, and I have to either choose to be unable to hear their quiet stream (even at max volume the stream is too quiet), or choose to mute myself and turn discord up (too many people jumping in and out of call to reliably turn everyone down to compensate for turning the application up).
