Allow Servers to Turn off Reply Feature
It is so annoying dealing with people using the reply feature for everything. Pinging everyone for a message that was just sent seconds ago or the last message sent in that channel. I like the reply feature, but it is easily overused and annoying. There should be a server setting allowing us to decide if we want to use it or, even better, what roles can use the feature or not.

Instead of trying to outright disable the feature, just get people to disable the mention

OOF replies can be a bit of a mystery. How do they work? Why do they sometimes not get delivered to other users, and what do you do if they don't?
