Accessible Deaf Must

Hello all, I am a deaf gamer, and saw recently the news for "every" disability accessibility... Where exactly is the accessible for DEAF users? We need transcribe in voice channels.

So far there's a bot open to everyone but its not maintaining anymore and need better host or something to stabilize it called DiscordEarsBot.

How can we get more accessible? We are here aswell..
