Ghost Pings

  Carrying on to the "Show ghost pings in recent mentions", there should also be a feature that whenever someone ghost pings you, it should be logged. 

Also, AutoMod should have a feature that if someone ghost pings, it DM's a staff member, or just warns the person with a reason. A staff member should be able to list the reason, and say why they got warned. This would be very helpful and would solve a lot of questions about why people get ghost pinged.
