Auto-close (and Auto-lock?) Setting(s) for Forum Channels

While the auto-archive setting is great, forum threads remain "active" in both the moderation "Active Threads" list as well as the Active Posts list of their parent forum channel. This complicates moderation on larger servers and will make it virtually impossible to track threads in traditional Discord text channels with the intended menu as more forums posts are made on a server. At present, the only solution I know of is to *manually* close forum threads, which is untenable for larger servers.

Since forum channels retain closed posts under the "older posts" heading (and they're still searchable by name/tag), it would help to have a setting to automatically close older threads. My specific use case would be something like auto-archive after 24 hours of inactivity, auto-close after 3~7 days of inactivity. 

This will help keep the active list in forum channels less cluttered and accurate while still retaining the conversations (which can be restarted by anyone, so long as they weren't locked), and simultaniously restore the useablility of the Active Threads menu for moderators.

An alternate solution would be to have the forum posts drop off the Active Threads list the way normal threads do when they auto-archive as well as from the Active Posts list of a forum channel, but since there's the additional implementation of the close and lock functions for forum channels, I believe additional settings/customization for at least the Close Post function is warranted.

I can't think of a great use case for an auto-close function offhand, but it could be useful to some users/servers to prevent really old posts from being necroed (something on the scale of weeks~months rather than just days might be appropriate).
