My problem about slash commands

Hello dear discord team i am currently using many bots that are very popular at them moment. Most likely its a bot called Laifu Bot where we collect/trade cards. We got forced to use slash commands now on those bots and its really slow and some commands are not even working as they should have. Sometimes it takes minutes until we get an reply of a slash command.

I saw other bots like Mudae having similar issues but they are allowed to use normal commands again. Im just confused why we are still foced to use slash commands even though the creator did a report and pointed out those problems but its been weeks and he/we didnt got any reply yet.
Please let us use normal commands again.

Slash commands are made up of a name, description, and a block of options, which you can think of like arguments to a function. The name and description help users find your command among many others, and the options validate user input as they fill out your command.
