[Server Feature] Enable/Disable Direct Messages

Hello Discord Admins, I am here today to present you a feature I've had in mind for several months now! We all know the annoying feeling whenever someone tries to spam members, or DM Advertise. Well I've got the perfect solution! Introducing Enable/Disable Direct Messages feature for Server Owners! This feature will block all members from direct messaging each other unless, they're mutual friends! This will prevent any spam bots, or intentional DM Advertising. Overall, it'll keep the community way more safe, and protective!
