Save last opened channels when changing accounts

Currently, when you switch to another account and back, you'll be on the 'standard' channel for every server. I tend to have a lot of servers where I mostly just read one channel, and it's a fair annoyance to have to switch back to that channel for every server I frequent - it'd be a lot nicer if it just got saved so that it doesn't get reset
