I used the same phone number on the new account and got it removed from the old one that way but I don't know if I messed up the new one because of that. Should I be worried?

Is a new account allowed to be made and I just need to follow the ToS better by being careful on what servers my account is attached to?

I already appealed and they said no. I got a response from Clyde which I assume is a bot?
