You should be able to set it to whatever interval you want imo, there is no reason to have predetermined values only.

I also wish they would add a toggleable permission to only allow them to edit / add and remove people to certain roles.

I love it, it would also be very handy if you could use your server emoji's as icons as well to enable you to display staff roles/icons and such.
