That is not discord, it's how browser works. URL only support UTF8 charcode by default and while the UI can convert it to your OS charset, the actual code are escaped characters to allow it to work...

Worse is that you can find other suggestions like this but they go on rambling about some weird or absurd request to fix the "notifications annoys me". What we need is even just a "don't bother me ...
