To receive help, you can either DM us or mention us in a tweet. In your message, please provide a brief description of the problem you’re running into and attach a screenshot of any error messages you’re receiving!
Although this list is not exhaustive, here are a few examples of issues that @Discord_Support can assist with:

Make sure to also regularly check our feed for any updates regarding outages, launches, known issues, and updates.
Issues @discord_support cannot assist with
Please note that contacting us on Twitter does not replace submitting a ticket through our support portal, nor does the social team directly handle any previously submitted support tickets.
While we are able to assist with a number of issues, some inquiries still lie outside of our scope of support. Notably, @discord_support will be unable to help with anything related to Trust & Safety, User Account Information, or Billing.
