Q: How long will this sound pack be available?

A: The Winter sound pack will be available from December 19, 2024 - January 3, 2025.

Q: Where can I enable this sound pack?

A: The Winter sound pack should be available automatically.

If you've disabled the Holiday sound pack, you can re-enable it. Go to User Settings > Notifications.

Then select ❄️ Winter from the Event Sound Pack dropdown menu.

Q: Will this be available on all devices and clients?

A: The Winter sound pack will be available only on our desktop and browser clients. This soundpack is not available for iOS and Android at this time.

Q: Can I disable this sound pack and revert back to the default sound pack?

A: For desktop users, you'll be able to go to User Settings > Notifications. Then select Discord Default from the Event Sound Pack dropdown menu.
