How do I claim my exclusive avatar decoration?
Desktop/Browser
Step 1: Go to the Nitro tab
On the desktop or browser app, press the Direct Messages button in the top left corner and then select the Nitro tab. Alternatively, you can navigate to your User Settings > Nitro.

Step 2: Subscribe to Nitro Monthly or Yearly
Once you are on the Nitro page, select Claim Offer in the promotion banner and choose either the monthly or yearly plan for Nitro.

On the next screen, enter your credit card information and other payment details. Upon successful completion of the payment, your account will be upgraded to Nitro!

Step 3: Choose Your Avatar Decoration
1. After subscribing to Nitro, a Nitro Activated window will appear. Press Next to continue.
2. In the Choose Your Decoration window, select your preferred avatar decoration and press Confirm.

If you prefer not to claim your avatar decoration immediately after subscribing to Nitro, you can select your exclusive avatar decoration later through the Nitro page > Claim Your Decoration card.

Step 4: How to Apply Your Avatar Decoration
1. Once you have claimed your exclusive avatar decoration, you can head over to your User Settings by pressing the cogwheel [] icon in the bottom left corner.
2. Then, select Profiles > Change Decoration where you will find all of your decorations.
3. While in the Change Decoration window, navigate to the Exclusive to Nitro section and select your avatar decoration and press Apply.
4. Be sure to confirm your changes by pressing Save Changes and you should be all set!

Mobile
Step 1: Go to the Nitro tab
1. On the mobile app, tap on your avatar in the bottom-right corner.
2. Select the Nitro button in the upper-right to navigate to the Nitro page. Alternatively, tap the cogwheel icon [] > Manage Nitro.

Step 2: Subscribe to Nitro Monthly or Yearly
Once you are on the Nitro page, select Claim Offer in the promotional banner and choose either the monthly or yearly plan for Nitro.

Step 3: Receive Your Exclusive Avatar Decoration
Upon successful completion of the payment, your account will be upgraded to Nitro!
1. After subscribing to Nitro, a Nitro Activated window will appear. Press Choose Decoration to continue.

2. In the Choose Your Decoration window, select your preferred avatar decoration and press Confirm.

If you prefer not to claim your avatar decoration immediately after subscribing to Nitro, you can select your exclusive avatar decoration later through Manage Nitro > Claim Your Avatar Decoration card.

Step 4: How to Apply Your Avatar Decoration
1. Once you have claimed your exclusive avatar decoration, head back to your profile by tapping your avatar > Edit Profile.
2. Then, tap the Avatar Decoration box, and navigate to the Exclusive to Nitro section to find your claimed avatar decoration. Select your avatar decoration and tap Apply > Save to confirm.
3. Be sure to confirm your changes by pressing Save in the upper-right corner and you should be all set!

Q: Why don't I see this offer in my Discord app?
A: If you don't see any promotion details on your Nitro tab across the desktop, browser, or mobile apps, it is because you do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Q: I’m a current Nitro member. Am I eligible to get an exclusive avatar decoration?
A: If you are a Nitro member prior to the start of this promotion, excluding Basic and Classic members, you are not eligible to receive an exclusive avatar decoration at this time.

Q: Where can I find my new avatar decoration and how do I apply it?
A: On desktop or browser, you can head over to your User Settings > Profiles > Change Decoration > Exclusive to Nitro to find your claimed avatar decoration. While in the Change Decoration window, select the avatar decoration you would like to use and select Apply > Save Changes.
