What is Party Mode?
Imagine if your Discord client was your Living room. Now imagine yourself standing in the room. As you begin to speak, confetti rains down from the sky, and a combo counter pops out beside you as if your words were punching the very fabric of this reality. As reality begins to tear away and the ground begins to shake underneath your feet, you look out your window. Chaos spills into the streets as you hear people cheering, "WUMPUS WUMPUS WUMPUS WUMPUS WUMPUS!" Well, anyway, that's Party Mode.
How do I enable Party Mode?
1. To enable Party Mode go into your User Settings by clicking the cog/gear Icon (⚙︎) at the bottom-left part of the app.
2. Navigate to the Party Mode tab under App Settings.
3. Toggle Enable Party Mode
Note: You can navigate back to this page to toggle off Party Mode

Screenshake will shake your screen as your combo increases. You may adjust the intensity of the screenshake in the Party Mode settings tab.
Confetti
Confetti will shoot out in every direction from your text while you type in the message bar! You may choose the amount and size of the confetti in the Party Mode settings tab.

For users that have Enable Reduced Motion on, we will display the following warning modal when you first enable Party mode:
Note: Reduced Motion enabled will have both the confetti & screen shake features off. However, you can choose to toggle on confetti but will be unable to do so for screenshake. Screenshake is not supported with Reduced Motion on.
