Android Discord uncontrollable compress videos to 10p

All my videos now 10p instead of origal. Even one with 2MB size compressed to 1MB.
And there is no options for compression. Hello? How to turn this off?

  The only option i have - "Low quality image mode." that is turned off.

  OTA Build 151.12 and have no updates in play store.
  Android 11 (SDK 30)
