Participate in discussions and upvote features on support.discord.com with actual discord account

Why that isn't the case in the first place would be a valid questions. And why it's not even mentioned anywhere that those are 2 different thing. support login page even says "login to discord", "don't have a discord user yet: sign up". What the heck?

But nevertheless, feature request:

As a...
Discord User

I want...
to be able to create support tickets, support posts participate in the discussions on support.discord.com with my actual discord account.

Because...
it keeps active discord users from participating in said discussions.

  found some existing posts deeply buried and unanswered. one of them wasn't made aware that support.discord.com and discord aren't the same.
