Show Stream Emoji Through the In-game Overlay

With the addition of being able to send emoji and have them show up in the stream window, it would be cool to be able to see them come from the in-game overlay as well. This would allow the person to primarily focus on their game but still be able to see when someone sends them.

Having a copy of these things show up on the in-game overlay would make noticing them being sent much easier.
